Besides which, we aren't allowed to do anything we want - there are laws that prevent the dregs of society from fouling up our country. You know, like murder, manslaughter, littering, drunk driving, speeding....

I think when you have a huge booger just kickin' it right on the inside of your nose in view of everyone. Better to pick it then than to go around danglin'.

I find that the best place to pick it is on the toilet. You have privacy and a whole roll of tissue sitting there.

almost never. but if its causeing breathing problems or something then go to the bathroom or act like you looking for a different size in the back of the rack and descretly pick it.other wise once you turn 6 that finger stays out in public.
