is the man upstairs neighbor following me or all in my head?

i have noticed lately about 5-6 occasions that when i have been in the bathroom the man upstairs has "tried" to creep (but because there no soundproofing i can hear him) into the bathroom.

I wouldn't be surprised, there are so many creeps and pervs doing some crazy over the top things.

Turn on water in other rooms or turn the radio up. Our neighbors have a tendency to do the same things we do, within 5 minutes. Or if you have to get up at night, that wakes them up. Ick gross.
