i'm ordering family address labels. is it proper to say:
The Smith Family
or (just)
Smith Family

Since it's an address label I would go with The Smith Family. It just looks nicer, I think.
Either is correct, but I like The Smith Family.

I can't find a reference to support this, but I know I'm right: Everything on an address label gets capitalized.

The Smith family is proper, but both sound fine.

Either would be fine, but have you thought about "The Smiths"?
